Privacy policy

Spontano is a small platform for meeting people in real life. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Profile: the name, avatar and interests you choose. These are visible to other users.
• Content: hangouts you post and messages you send in hangout chats. Chat messages are visible to everyone in that hangout.
• Contact form: the name, email and message you send us.

What we don't collect

No precise location tracking, no advertising trackers, no analytics profiles, no data sales to third parties.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider). Contact-form messages are also delivered to us by email via Formspree.

Your rights

You can update your profile at any time, and delete your hangouts and leave chats yourself. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we'll do it promptly. If you're in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data under the GDPR.
